Modern Lake House Details. Take notice of the shapes and details surrounding the windows and ceilings, the wood flooring, light fixtures, and custom millwork. These incredible features accent the modern lake house styling this home boasts.

Playroom With Built-In Bunk Beds. This area is exploding with potential for fun. There is plenty of room and light for play, and the built-in bunks make hosting sleepovers a breeze.

Built-In Home Office. Through French doors await a spacious home office. Featuring a custom built-in desk (for two) with cabinetry and shelving for easy organization, this home office is light, private, and functional.

Loft With a View. A loft at the top of the stairs provides a comfortable seat to view the lake outside and stars at night. Also pictured below is the landing at the bottom of the loft stairs. Here you’ll see a lovely bench window seat.

Unique Beds & Baths. Last but not least, our gallery gives you a look at a couple of the bedrooms and bathrooms in this home. The great bathroom is ultra-modern with gray tiling and a freestanding tub. The bathroom featuring wood vanity cabinets and vertical tiling is a jack and jill bath; attached to one of the pictured bedrooms. The bathroom with green tiling and vanity cabinets is an ensuite bath.
